Prepaid Shadhin:
FnF applicable for 4 numbers.

Two Teletalk numbers at only Tk. 0.25/min and two Other operators at Tk. 0.90/min

Postpaid Standard/Rajnigandha:
Write FADD 0155XXXXXXX 0155XXXXXXX 0155XXXXXXX 0155XXXXXXX 0155XXXXXXX and send SMS to 363.
It will be activated within 72 hours.
FnF applicable for 5 numbers [Teletalk Tk. 0.25/min and other operators Tk. 0.80/min].

Delete & Check FnF.
To delete FnF, Write DEL and send SMS to 363. For checking your FnF, Write SEE and send SMS to 363.

Change FnF.
You may change your FnF numbers after 7 days form activation. Changing procedure is same as new FnF activation.

Bangla SMS

Express your emotion in Bangla!! Teletalk has introduced Bangla SMS service; Teletalk users can send Bangla SMS to other Mobile phone. Click here to get Bangla SMS Software. Java enabled handset is required to enjoy this service.

Installation:
After download the Bangla SMS Software, unzip the file banglasms.zip and transfer Auhom21.jar and Auhom21.jad files via Bluetooth/Infrared/Data Cable to your handset into the application or java folder.

Follow your handset user manual to install java application.
If you feel any complexity please contact with our Customer Care Center.

International Roaming

Traditional GSM Roaming is defined as the ability for a cellular customer to automatically make and receive voice calls, send and receive data, or access other services, including home data services, when traveling outside the geographical coverage area of the home network, by means of using a visited network. This can be done by using a communication terminal or else just by using the subscriber identity in the visited network.

What is GPRS?
GPRS stand for General Packet Radio Service. GPRS is a type of cellular mobile service by which we can transfer data. This can be compared with the fixed phone dial-up internet service. You can use your PC or the mobile set itself to get the internet service. The GPRS data rate is more then 100 kbps which is about double to fixed phone dial-up service (64kbps).

Missed Call Alert

Never miss another call when your phone is busy or switched off. When the phone is turn on you will get SMS notification. To enjoy this service type REG and send SMS to 2455. Monthly charge Tk. 10 + VAT. To unsubscribe this service write CAN and send SMS to 2455.

Malicious Call Blocking Services [MCBS]

›	At present only Pre-Paid subscribers will enjoy MCBS Services.
›	Subscriber needs to type “Reg” and send SMS to 2466 in order to register for MCBS.
›	Your registration for MCBS has been completed. Please dial 2466 for activation. Tk.10+VAT will be deducted. Then please follow the IVR announcement to Add, Delete, List Blocked numbers or Deactivate MCBS
›	Standard SMS charge will be applicable for enjoying MCBS services.
›	Registration process will take 24 hours (maximum).
›	Tk. 11.50 has been deducted as Monthly access fee of MCBS.
›	Press 1 to 'Query' the blocked numbers.
›	Press 2 to 'Add' additional numbers you want to block.
›	Press 3 to 'Delete' the numbers you have blocked.
›	Press 4 to 'Cancel' the Call Blocking Service
›	Subscribers may also choose USSD 1531<MSISDN># to Block Numbers or 1532<MSISDN># to delete Blocked Numbers
›	Subscriber will be able to enjoy MCBS as long as he/she doesn't 'Cancel' the Services provided at the end of each billing month subscriber must have Tk. 11.50 against his prepaid balance account.
