Voice Broadcasting System (VBS):

VBS (Voice Broadcasting System) is an automated voice communication platform that enables individuals/organizations to broadcast pre-recorded voice messages to a large number of mobile users simultaneously. The system is designed for fast, reliable, and direct outreach through voice calls, without requiring internet access from the receiver.


In addition to one-way messaging, Voice Broadcasting System also supports interactive voice responses, allowing call recipients to provide input during the call. This makes the platform suitable not only for announcements but also for engagement-driven campaigns.

B) Terms & Conditions:

1) Minimum Call duration will be 20 Seconds. Any call having duration less than 20 seconds will be considered as a call of 20 seconds. Calls with higher duration will be charged on actual duration on per second pulse.

2) Calls will be generated during the time of day considering the traffic profile of Teletalk mobile network and also considering the comfort of the subscribers.

3) All voice call campaigns will be circulated by a Teletalk long number as source address.

4) Individuals/organizations cannot send any voice content which have abusive, anti-governmental, anti-religious believes. The liability about the content of the voice message belongs to the individuals/organizations.

5) Surcharge, Supplementary Duty, VAT & TAX or any other charges imposed in future by the Govt./BTRC/TBL shall be applicable on the call charge. 

6) Bill for voice calls will be finalized as per report from TBL server.

7) Individuals/organizations shall be charged on the connected calls.

8) 100% Payment to be made in advance.
